We have used this company twice now. First in the home we sold and then in the new one we purchased. Quick response time, fair prices and excellent service. So impressed with their work we are going to purchase the annual service contract because, hey it's Florida and who wants to lose their AC if you can prevent it.

My Air Conditioner started blowing warm air on Saturday. I waited to call until Monday morning. They said they could have someone out between 12 and 3pm. Bryan arrived a bit before noon. He found a broken muffler and a broken wire. Bryan fixed my wire so I could have some air and ordered the part (which was under warranty). The part came in the next day and Bryan arrived around 3:30 to replace it. He was efficient, professional and explained everything to me in layman's term. I highly recommend Flair and super service technician Bryan.

We originally found him in a church flyer and he wasn't returning any calls. When he finally returned the call he was kid of putting my husband off. When he did come out he was the only one who took the time and went up into the attic to check the vents and told us what it would costs to replace all of those as well and told us everything else that needed replaced. no other companies bothered to check the attic. My husband asked why he went to check the attic and was told you can't just replace the unit without checking everything else to ensure it is not going to run harder and work properly. He was also the best price out of every quote and once he got the job he was punctual everyday.. Even though we did have problems originally getting him out I would recommend him to others, he's definitely worth the wait. We had a friend who works in AC services and was told everything along the way was completely right that this provider was doing. I would recommend him highly.

Dale Story of Flair Air Conditioning and Heating replaced my A/C in 2003 and I was very happy with that job so I called them back for another complete A/C replacement and update at a different residence. Dale accommodated my schedule and we worked out a time for an estimate. He arrived punctually and we reviewed the situation. As it happened the job was complicated by the need to do basic repair work on the electrical service to the house that would require arrangements with both an electrician and FPL. In addition, the space inside the house where the air handler was to go imposed some limitations on what could be installed. Dale attended in detail to these matters and offered two basic options at different price points for higher and lower SEER and a few other options to polish the installation if desired. We wound up with the higher SEER system with all the other options but it was good to have the alternative. Let me again say I thought Dale paid close attention to detail and seemed concerned to provide the best options for this individual installation with quality components, not necessarily the least expensive components. Dale explained convincingly why he thought the components in his options were best for this beachside application. He was also able to orchestrate the installation with FPL and the electrician. All of this required more than one visit to the house prior to installation, which he asked to do to make sure he got it right.
The installation took a full day. The installers, Roy and Jared, worked very hard the full day and explained what they were doing as they went along. They were adroit at working in tight spaces. The electrical contractor arrived on schedule and FPL turned up on time for their part, at least as far as I could tell. Roy and Jared cleaned up well after the install. The new A/C is working perfectly and brings the house right up to date with respect to climate control. We're very happy.

They were very competent in diagnosing the problem. The technician helped me make my decision and gave me alternatives but he didn't sell me. I have a maintenance contract that is considerably less costly than the company before. I think they are wonderful.

It was a very good experience. We have an annual contract where they come out twice a year and clean and do a checkup on our system. It covers both our units. Their prices are very competitive. They are on time and very professional. It's never unexpected. In an emergency they are very quick to respond. If our system goes out on a hot day or on a weekend they would be quick to respond. We have been using them for quite a few years. We are very happy with them.
