I have a 2 story townhouse and needed professional help to get this done. These people returned my call within an hour when I called initially. Several list providers with multiple Angie's list awards and hundreds of reviews did not even return my multiple calls. Brenda did promptly return my first call, on a Tuesday to schedule someone to come by the next day for an estimate. When I got home that day the estimate was stuck in the door as they said it would be. When I again called Brenda to accept the estimate, a Wednesday, she scheduled me for the following Monday to get the job done. The cleaner turned up on time and did a spectacular job.

They were supposed to go back and do my gutters again but they didn't follow up. I didn't call them back and got somebody else instead.

This was my second time using this company. First time it was OK. Second time - the windows are all streaked and you can see where they were washed and where they were not washed. Never again.
