This is the second project I have had Domenic and his brother Rob work on - they had previously done the tile over most of the floors in my house. As before, this project went VERY well. Domenic had some great ideas in the planning stage which we incorporated into the project. The job started on time, ended on time, and cost what Domenic said it would cost. Work area was kept clean. Domenic arranged for everything. All I had to do was move over the guest bathroom for a while. It is rare to find someone that does what he says he is going to do, gets it done when he says it will be done, and charges what he says he will charge. Who could ask for more? No surprises, just high quality, timely work. I am sure I will have even more projects for these guys in the future.....

Domenic and his brother installed tile in our house.  Met and exceeded our expecatations.
Price: Competitive pricing.  We had a few contractors bid the work and they were right in line with pricing standards.  You may get a bid from another contractor for less but for a project of this magnitude quality speaks volumes and domenic will make sure that the final product is to perfection.

Professionalism: Domenic and his brother are an honest hard working individuals.  The house was clean every day we came home.  It was nice to not have to worry about theft or anything of that nature.  Most people have someone stay at the house when work is being completed but we were never worried as he and his brother were honest/trusting and would not let anyone in the house.  When choosing someone for tile installation there is the possibility the work is subcontracted.  This is not the case with Domenic Ionadi Tile Contractor.  It is a family business that takes pride in their work. 
If I were to have another tile project completed I would use Domenic Ionadi because of his honesty, quality and pride in work and professionalism.

Domenic and his brother are professional contractors in every sense of the word. They started at 8:00 AM every morning and kept their work area, and my home, clean and livable throughout the one week of tile installation. Domenic quoted a competitive price to me when he came to my home to estimate the job and stayed with that quote to the end.
I am a customer who is difficult to please. But these gentalmen made this major project a pleasure and the final work resulted in a beautiful addition to my home. I highly recommend Domenic Ionadi, Tile Contractor, for any tile job where the job must be done right and on time.

This is the second time I have used Domenic and his brother and each time they did a great job. This time they replaced the shower in my master bathroom. They were in my home for 3 days and each day they were on time and made sure everything was cleaned and back in place before they left for the day. These guys take real pride in their work and that's what I like to see. They did a great job, the shower looks beautiful, I can't say enough about their work. The last time I used them they put down a ceramic floor in my bedroom and master bath and I was very pleased with their work at that time also. I will use them again and I recommend them to everyone. When you call Domenic your getting the BEST.

Attention to detail describes Domenic and Rob's work. From the demo phase to cleanup to the last tile. The end result is a shower that is the beauty of the baths of the ancient Roman Empire. We feel fortunate to have found them and we could not be more pleased with the end result and highly recommend them.

Dominic and his brother took their time to measure, cut, install, and grout the tile backsplash, taking particular care to lay out the tile so there was a minimum of small cuts made. The result is fantastic.

Domenic and his brother did a fantastic job. We are very pleased with his work and will recommend him to others. We will be calling him back in a couple of months to remodel the shower and do a back splash in the kitchen. Very happy with him and Angie's list.

I am not sure how this job could have possibly gone better than it did. Domenic came out to my newly purchased house and quoted removal and disposal of the old carpet from the entire house and also removal of the existing tile from the entrance hallway, followed by the installation of new tile in the hallway, two bedrooms, two walk in closets, the living room and the dining room. Total area was about 1150 sq ft. Domenic’s was the lowest quote I received from the three people I talked to.

I was a bit concerned as I am a professional engineer and therefore don’t know anything practical like tile work, but Domenic made me feel very comfortable about the job and what the finished product would look like. He met me at his tile supplier and explained the pros and cons of the different kinds of tile. He made several artistic suggestions concerning overall color and how to mesh the new tile with the existing kitchen and bathroom tile which I was leaving in place. I gave him a “go” to do the job and tried to advance him the funds for materials as many contractors require but he wouldn’t take anything until the work was completed. The job started exactly on time. Domenic and his brother Rob were there every day until it was finished (a half day ahead of schedule.) At the end of each day they cleaned up the work area before they left. Several technical problems were encountered during the job (you never know what you will find when you remove 27 year old carpet.) These included low and high spots in the slab and stress cracks at the corners as well as areas of old linoleum that had to be chipped up. He did not charge to chip up the old linoleum, and we agreed on the correct fixes and cost (which was very minor) for the slab issues. When the job was completed Domenic took me around all the new flooring, and gave me good advice for maintaining the tile and grout in top notch condition. I really liked the end result.

It is very rare to find someone who does what they say they will do, when they say they will do it, and for the price they quote. It is even more unusual to find someone that will go the extra mile like Domenic did. I recommend him unreservedly and plan to ask him to do my two bathrooms sometime in the future. The price was reasonable and the work was great. We are very satisfied and have no hesitation recommending this contractor. The work was performed well over a year ago and the shower is still looks good and is working fine.

Domenic came out the same day we called them for an estimate. He understood exactly what we wanted but was not available for a few weeks.. We agreed to wait.
On the scheduled day we had something come up and had to delay the start by a couple of hours and Domenic was very accommodating.
They arrived right on time and got right to work. Their imagination and professionalism made the result even better than we had envisioned. They wasted no time and cleaned up after themselves. And we were very pleased with the result.
We would definitely recommend them and use them again!!

I chose Ionadi Tile mostly due to the favorable impression I carried away from our original meeting, and partly because of their high marks on this website.
They were very busy, and the work was scheduled out almost four months, but I believe it was worth the wait. Domenic and his brother showed up every morning almost to the minute promised, and immediately began to work. They were very conscientious and efficient in their work habits, and always left the work site clean and neat. Despite having to do some fairly significant work in tearing out and rebuilding the entire shower enclosure, they were very quiet, and did not intrude on the normal daily routines of the rest of the house.
They are truly and quot;master craftsmenand quot; in the art of tile setting, and their work can stand against any I've seen. They finished in the scheduled time, and the only change to the original estimate was for non-tile related issues or other items that came up as the work progressed. Dominic was always sure to consult with me prior to making any changes or additions.

Domenic and Rob were invaluable from the very beginning. They are extremely professional, as are the other contractors they bring in to assist (i.e. plumber, electrician, construction). They treated this job as if it was a job in their own home. This is the second bathroom they have renovated for us, and we are hoping they will come back next year to do the third.
