 + -1 moreThis is a terrible company to work with. I'm surprised they've been in business as long as they have. The rental conditions at 1123 Loblolly Lane were terrible. The one website we looked at [prior to renting said the house had a garage, but there's a pool table in it so you can't park a car inside. Chris, the owner, is very slow to respond. She does not care about vacation renters. Suzi offered us a refund of our $200.00 deposit IN WRITING, then said she won't honor it and is refusing to have any contact with us. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. I would attach pictures of the bed and other problem areas of the house if I could.
Description of Work: Dinardo (Chris) is slow to respond to text messages and phone calls. We rented at 1123 Loblolly lane in Port Orange, FL. There were several items that needed attention. The worker that came out only had a fraction of the items to fix on his list. The master bed has large red and brown stains on it and is ripped. Not to mention it sags so bad in the middle that you can't sleep. Suzi offered us a refund in writing as well our deposit of $200 back if the inspection went well. The inspection went well but now Suzi is refusing to honor the $200.00 and is refusing to acknowledge our emails.

 + -1 moreCourteous and prompt reply to phone inquiry about their contracts and services. Scheduled an appointment to view my property, That was all accomplished seamlessly. Very professional and fair.
