Our basics services include all advertising until the property is leased or sold, hold security deposit in an escrow account (by law), deposit rent checks into you bank directly, National and International background screenings on all prospective tenants, we are on call 24 - 7 for any tenant concerns, we know the best local service vendors for any major repairs, in house staff for minor repairs, monthly accounting report, year end report for taxes, visits to "put eyes" on your property while it is leased. Management fees are 1/2 of the first months rent upon leasing. Then 10% of monthly rent thereafter for residential. Commercial property vary depending on size and type of property. We will ensure you end up with the best rental or sales rate at the highest level of protection with the least amount of stress. Handle professionally.
