They are very congenial. They try to do a good job but I’m very particular and after they left I found that they don’t do it as thoroughly as I would like. They were very quick and very nice. They tried to get a lot done in the time that they had but I’m very particular about tile floors. I believe that if you don’t get down on your hands then you get tile floors cleaned. Their price was very fair. I am not sure whether I would use them again as I would have to explode other people to see if I like them or not.

two of them came in & cleaned. they were very personable & chatted with me. with very little direction from me, they did the job & left.

They are very satisfactory. Two girls come out and they charge $60 an hour. They are quick and they get in and out, which I like. For what they do, they are very good. I had to wait four days before they came out this last time I called but that was okay with me.

they were very informative about thier services, flexible about what cleaning services they provide, punctual and extremely personable . they were also very proffessional . When they arrived, they had all the necessary equipment, estimated the scope of the job and went right to work. worked very effeciently while also carrying on a light conversation, collected thier fee & left my apartment in sparkling condition.

Agency sends two cleaning people @ $30/hour each for minimum of two hours. I can only afford the minimum of $120 per visit; therefore, I appreciate less small talk and more actual time spent cleaning. These people are professionals and come to work and do their jobs well. I was very satisfied.

Excellent work! Bathrooms were sparkling and windows were streak free. They have great pricing too. Normally it costs me about the same price just to get my carpets steam cleaned by a carpet cleaning company, but I got all of this work done. The owner and his employees are professional and courteous. This was my 2nd time using Cornell services and I will definitely use them again.
