There was a cost for the estimate, but I don't remember what it was off the top of my head. He was a great guy, he did a great job, he had great product. I have no complaints. It was a very good experience. He was very professional. He even brought a sample for me to see what his product looked like. He was great. He had tons of free samples, tons of photos, he was very professional, he answered all of my questions. He's great. He responded right away and said "I can be here this day" and then he showed up. He was on time. I can't complain at all. I actually liked the quote, but my wife did not, so that put an end to it. That's the only reason we didn't pursue it, because we couldn't agree.

Very well. 2 employees were very creative and helpful in selecting color and design.

The product looks great, very professional, very reasonably priced....even did a sample area so I could get a true idea of what to expect.

Provided an accurate estimate, came to my house at exactly the time they promised, and completed the job professionally and on time.  The head of the crew was a sharp young man who was extremely competent.  The job was customized to our tastes. The end result was one of the most cost efficient things we have done to improve the appearance of our house.

100 sq. ft. were all that was for the $249. The guy came out and it was going to be something like $1200. I called and complained about that. I would have never clicked on committing to that had I seen that 100 sq. ft. was all they will do for that price. I told them that I felt like they should have returned my money because, to me, that was deceptive advertising. Very deceptive. When you click on it, then you got more information on it. That's crazy. They're just pocketing the money, the initial down, because when you get there, people can't afford that kind of cost. I didn't let them do the work. They didn't give me an option. They simply said it was not a money back thing. I didn't pay anything. But I didn't get anything for my money either, nor did I get my money back. He was here when he said he would be here. I would recommend a friend to get all the information up front before committing.

The work was performed on schedule and the results exceed our expectations.  Our pool deck is stunning and it makes the pool and entire enclosed area look as though it is brand new.  Friends have contracted for similar work with other companies and spent thousands more with results that cannot compare to the work and finished product of CTI.  So glad to have found this company.  Will certainly call CTI when we are ready to do a coating on our garage.  They are the best!

Everything went just as according to plan especially afternoon rains ( all was planned for AM to escae rain......great planning on Mike's part)....these guys do GREAT work and not only professional but very personable! Would definitely use CTI again!!!

The workmanship was outstanding and the pool area is beautiful.

They did a great job and I would recommend this company!

We are very pleased with the finished product--it covers the large cracks on the deck, is cool to walk on and looks good.  As with any outdoor work in Florida, we had delays for rainy weather as well as back orders for the new drain caps.  Our only complaint is that we weren't kept informed that the back ordered caps kept getting delayed.  We had to call a week and a half after they were due to find out what is going on.  A little better customer service would have been better.  But the bottom line we are very pleased with the end product.

The owner was very nice, arrived for his appointment on time and got us a quote quickly. We decided to go with pavers rather than overlay. As such no work was preformed.

The patio floor is beautiful. Bill and his associate were very professional and worked with the patio floor as an artist would work with their painting. These people really do believe in customer satisfaction!

When they saw what was happening in the garage they said that anyone that guarantees their work would not touch this job.  They don't know why this is happening.  They actually never did do the work for me.   I would consider using this company in the future. 

I was very satisfied with my experiences with Concrete Technology Incorporated. They repaired the cracks and leaks. They refinished it as well. It is a large pool. They were very quick with their work. They completed the entire job in 2 days. They matched all of the new work with the existing tiles. I would use them in the future if needed. 

This company and their crew know what customer service truly is. From the estimate to the completion they addressed our concerns and paid attention to the details. They went above and beyond and made sure we were happy with the results. Our pool deck looks terriffic and we would recommend them and their product to anyone looking to refinish their pool deck.

They did great. Mike quoted the job and Bill got his crew out there to do it. Bill told me how long it would take and explained the whole process. They were knowledgeable, courteous, punctual and professional, and performed the work in a timely fashion. I would gladly hire them again.

It was absolutely wonderful. They had a very professional young crew. They came within 3 or 4 days of the contract. They had very good telephone contact before and while the work was being done. They were very professional all the way.
