Cimex Solutions responded right away on a holiday weekend! Jason was here the next morning and started the process of catching the critters in our attic. He removed 4 baby kits! He did everything he said he’d do - coming back to our house almost everyday, removed damaged insulation and sealed the entry points ! He was great to work with and very professional. I’d definitely hire Cimex Solutions if you have raccoon or other critters that need to be removed! Thanks Jason!

Jason called right away on a holiday weekend! Very professional and knowledgeable about Racoon and Roof Rat habits. He was able to remove the racoon babies and gave them to a rehab. Cleared out the ruined insulation and sanitized our attic. Jason found the entryway where Mama racoon had dug her way in and sealed it up. He was came back several times to watch for any activity and that everything was good. I’d hire Jason again!

So I had a family of Raccoons living in my attic. I called Cimex to come out and assess the situation. Jason showed up the follow afternoon as scheduled and was on time. He set up several traps and figured out they were getting in the attic. He posted eviction notices near their access points to my attic, he gave them a 24 hour notice. During this same trip he went into the attic to check for any damage they may have cause and he fogged the entire attic with a rodent deterrent/ sanitizer. The following day he was able to trap one of them and relocate it. If there were others up there they decided that Jason was a pro and did as he asked and vacated the premises. Jason made another trip out a few days later to look up in the attic to make sure they were gone, he used a scope camera to check the areas that he could not fit in. We are coon free, the entry points have been closed and sealed. If you have a rodent problem Jason at Cimex is the man to call.

Did not honored the contract! Ended up having to hire another company to do what this company failed to do the first time. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company.

Owner and General Manager Jason Schmidt is very knowledgeable about pests and has experience on how to control them. He identified the issue, explained in detail why and how he would remedy it, and then did the work the following day. I was very satisfied with Jason s professionalism and work throughout the process.

He explained everything to me and was very professional and helpful.

John, with Cimex Services, was polite, knowledgeable and very thorough in his service. Even going so far as to make sure my dog was safe from the pesticide application. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

John T. came out to pull down 8-10 wasp/hornet nests off the house. Explained everything he was going to do, what precautions were necessary, etc.

I hired Cimex a few months ago. The initial experience was excellent! Very friendly and professional. Great customer service, they did a great job at first. However.. the last couple of months have been really bad. They have come out to update the outside treatment unannounced. A couple of weeks ago, they came out completely unannounced on a Sunday morning to treat the outside of the house. I wouldn't have known they were there if I hadn't heard the buzzing of the backpack. I didn't appreciate that. I don't do business on Sundays and I didn't like that they just showed up with no advance notice. The next day I got a bill for full treatment stating that even though the cars were all in the drive, nobody was home so they couldn't treat the inside of the house. Nobody EVER came to the door to ask to treat the inside of the house! I was waiting for them to knock but the next thing I knew, they were gone! Same with my mother's house next door. She watched the man treat the outside, then just leave. I emailed them back asking to set a date to treat the inside of the house. That was over 2 weeks ago and I have had NO response at all from them. I terminated their services today. Maybe it was just bad luck, but I have hired a different company to treat my residence anyway. I'm surprised at them since John is a really nice guy and seems to genuinely care about his customers. Unfortunately, it didn't end up being a good experience for me. I recommend they work on communication with their customers. Notify people as to when they will be at the residence instead of showing up out of the blue. Also, communicate what they are doing...not just showing up, spraying and leaving without a word. I wish them well, but I'll be using a different pest control service.
