Home Building
We were initially hesitant to hire a project management company, but after interviewing the owners, and learning more about the background of these fine men, we decided to hire them. Dee and Jeff were very open to our price range, ideas and the usually wife changes that my wife likes to make half way thru construction.
No matter where you look (angies list/ BBB) you can be ripped off. These guys bond their work, then issue insurance with the homeowner as additionally insured as well as giving us the background on all the different trade contractors that would be on our property.
The timing and quality of work were second to none. Finished project only had 2 small change orders, and we were a week early on the timeline of completion.
If you want some assurance that you are doing the right thing, in hiring a project management company, well this is the company that I will be hiring if I need to again. My neighbor is actually negotiating with them currently to build a new home for in the same neighborhood!
