Bobby Brown Plumbing

I was able to describe the leak to Bobby over the phone. He knew what was wrong with it before he even arrived so he went by the hardware store on the way to my house, picked up the appropriate parts, fixed everything so fast - and perfectly! He knows about the older houses and takes great care. He is busy, but it's because he is good. While he was at my home his phone was ringing like crazy - all customers trying to get appointments with him. This is a good sign folks! It may add a few minutes to the service call, but he charges by the job, and I was happy when he took my call in the middle of an appointment he had with someone else. If you can wait (non emergency) IT IS WORTH THE WAIT to have it done right. I had to wait several days for him because he was stuck on a job for several days. Fortunatly the leak was small and I could wait so I kept a bowl under the pipe until he arrived. It is very difficult to find quality workers in the area who respect your time. If he is running late, he will call. We all know it happens, but after having repeated no shows and flaky workers do lousy work, I found Bobby was responsive and was honest with his schedule.

He did an excellent job. He is an excellent plumber, and I would definitlely reccommend him to anybody.

We have an older home with older plumbing. Both tubs had leaks from age. Bobby knew exactly what the problem was before he arrived. The older plumbing was stubborn but Bobby was able to fix everything, saving me from having to buy newer fixtures. The fee was incredibly fair and Bobby had a great personality and was honest and knowlegeable.

It went perfect. Came to do the job and get it done in a timely manner and his prices are very competitive. Would only refer him to my friends, family and all my buyers and sellers. good job Bobby!

Despite numerous unanticipated difficulties, he honored his estimate. He also came out on a Saturday morning because my husband and I both work during week day hours which we GREATLY appreciated. He was very personable and did wonderful work. We would definitely use him again.

It went very smoothly. Went right to work on the two jobs and gave informed opinions on two larger jobs that aren't his specialty as well as good advice on a related matter. Very straightforward. He's his own boss and keeps a busy schedule, but when he works you in, you won't be disappointed.

It was a good price. The first time I called he returned my call within a couple of hours then came and got everything done. When I wanted him for something else all I got was the machine and he never called me back so I got someone else for that project. I plan on trying him one more time.

Bobby did his job, he was on time, neat and cleaned up after himself. He knew what he was doing. Im going to use him when I remodel my kids bathroom too.
