After I purchased this in Palm Coast, FL, I found that the sewer pipe connecting to city sewer was filled with hardened LATEX PAINT completely blocking my sewage from the house, I found all 3 locks on the windows in the master bedroom were broken, the ATTIC was a disaster! It was filled with piled up OLD insulation and general dirt and 3 LARGE CONSTRUCTION BAGS of disintegrated insulation and great globs of filth! These were loose in the attic; I had to have them vacuumed out and put into the 3 bags. The rest of the insulation was piled willy-nilly around the attic! Obviously the inspector did not go into the attic. One of the toilets leaked around the floor seal and the other 'ran' constantly . light showed in thru the 2 outside doors casings(and wind) I could go on, but suffices to say, I personally would NOT recommend this company in PORT ORANGE, FL.
