Dr. Carnathan was very professional and thorough. He took his time with our dog, explained the reasoning behind his diagnosis and recommended test. Costs were very reasonable, and our dog improved quickly after we started his prescription. Bayshore Animal Hospital is now our regular veterinarian.

I've been using them for two years.  The place was very immaculate.  The people were really friendly.  They get you as soon as they can.  They get you pretty quick.  They were very professional because on how they handle the animals.  They act like they're their own cats and dogs. 

All went well.

When we entered the office, we instantly noticed how clean the office was. We were greeted instantly with a cheerful hello followed by our name. We didn't have to introduce ourselves. We had to wait all of 5 minutes to be called to the exam room. The doctor came in 2 minutes later and Introduced himself. He ask what the problem was. We told him we were having our cat looked after by our former vet back in Pa. (we recently moved to the area) The doctor said he should do a follow up blood test to see if our cats thyroid levels had changed since being on his meds. he took our cat in the back to do the blood test. He was very fast. He said he would call our vet back home to colaborate. The doctor said he would call us the next day with the test results. The doctor himself called us back the next day with the results and the prescription for our cat.

THIS IS A VERY NICE VET. THE RECEPTIONIST IS WONDERFUL ALONG WITH ALL THE ASSISTANTS. DR. BASS GAVE MY DOG ALL HIS CHECK UPS, MEDS, AND EVEN WHEN IT WAS TIMES TO PUT HIM DOWN. I HAVE PUT MY CAT DOWN IN NEW YORK, BUT IT WASN'T LIKE THAT AT ALL. I GOT TO SIT THERE AND HOLD MY BABY WHILE THEY INJECTED THE DEADLY CONCOCKTION. I TALKED TO HIM AND TOLD HIM WHAT A GOOD DOG HE WAS, BUT IT WAS TIME TO GO TO HEAVEN NOW. HE COULD GO RUN AND PLAY, GO SWIMMING, AND JUST HAVE A GOOD TIME TILL I GOT THERE. HE LET OUT A LITTLE CRY, WHICH HE HAD NEVER DONE BEFORE AND WENT TO HEAVEN. THINKING THAT IT WAS ALL OVER, I PAID THE VET AND HE TOOK MY BOY TO BE CREAMATED. WE'LL NEEDLESS TO SAY I COULDN'T STOP CRYING FOREVER. I WENT TO PICK UP HIS ASHES, WHICH WHERE IN THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WOODEN CASE, WITH A LOCK OF HIS HAIR, AND A CARD FRO ME TELLING ME HOW DR. BASS HAD DONATED HIS FEE TO THE VERTRINARY SCHOOL. I WAS SO SHOCKED AND PLEASED, IT MADE ME FEEL VERY GOOD. I REALLY THOUGHT THAT WAS SO NICE.
