We were very pleased. The mirror was more difficult to remove than Rich initially figured, because of the way it was glued on the wall. The price he charged for removal was much more reasonable than another quote we got. And he was able to schedule the job promptly. He did an efficient, professional job. He is also giving us an estimate on replacing it with a large framed mirror to match the cabinets.

We called and Rich said he would come and do an estimate that day. He arrived on time and said the job was a quick one and he could take measurements, go to shop and cut glass and install that day as well. He was back when he said he would be. Great job, neat and clean. Windows were caulked and look super!
