Refrigerator failed after 1st visit. He came back and installed another part at no additional charge but appliance failed again. Did not return my 3rd phone call.

We called and gave Kathy the model number so the part could be ordered to fix the latch. Within 10 days, the part came in and we arranged an appointment. Mike wanted to come the next day, Saturday, but we couldn't make it. So he came on Monday. The appointment was between 1 and 2 and Mike arrived at 1:20. When he looked at the door latch, he said that a new part wasn't needed. He removed a couple of screws in the door, realigned the latch, replaced the screws and that was that. He charged us $50 for the service call, which we thought was reasonable, especially given the cost of fuel. He was pleasant, courteous, and very professional. We will gladly recommend him to our friends.
