All of the prices and quantities were written out before the work was performed and it came out to $1945 and I wrote a check to him for $650, leaving a balance of $1295.  He caught the rats and set the traps for $245, which he did complete.  Later he came back out to perform a biological treatments and I knew that I couldn?t pay the $550 so when he came I told him I couldn?t pay it.  He then told me that he already did part of it so he took $350 off the biological treatment after a long discussion, but still charged me $200 for what he said he did. He told me that I needed 80 ft of soffit and he charged me $8 per sq ft which came out to total $640. He then put the new soffit up over top of my old soffit with a few screws.  I happened to be at home depot and I saw that it was $17 for 12 ft of soffit so the soffit should not have been more than around $115. I was way overcharged for this.  He did perform the work, but the charge of $8 per foot of soffit was out of line.   

Another thing that I was not happy about was that he would not give me a warranty or guarantee for the work performed.
