Robert was very flexible with moving up the appointment time by a day. He was very nice and explained everything. He got the carpets looking great! Plus it was very affordable.

He explained exactly how he would proceed through the house, room by room, and how long it would take. He answered all of our questions fully. He finished in the time he has estimated. The job he did was very good and it cost much less than we had initially guessed..

Robert was running a little later than what we had arranged, but he called twice to update me and was only about 30 minutes late. Once he got in he was excellent and made sure he understood what I wanted and promptly got to work. The "odor" from the cleaning products was very noticeable for the first few hours - a strong citrus scent. After 24 hours it was gone. Very happy with the result and would use them again. I recommend them.
