HOMEOWNERS BEWARE! Don't Hire BUDDIN SERVICES INC. I hired this company ( which is based in Cape Coral, but may also have offices in Orlando and Port Saint Lucie) to replace my roof and gutters. I paid $8,000 upfront (total cost $16,445). A few months later, the company said it had finished the job and sent an invoice for the balance. I was given a certificate of completion, and I paid the balance in good faith. I live out of town. When I went to visit the house, I discovered the gutters had not been installed. I contacted the company, and was told someone would come out to check why the gutters had not been installed. No one came. Since then I contacted the company numerous times via phone, email and text messages. No response. In early April 2024, after I had informed the company that I would take the matter to the state, I got a text message that the gutters would be installed on April 24, but no one showed up. I contacted again multiple times on that day via phone, email and text, but no one answered. I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.I intend to file a complaint with the state and take other steps that may be legally available to me. I
