It was going well until I pointed out a missed spot. He said he`d check it again tomorrow. However, he left yesterday, and today was supposed to be the last day for the light switch work. He seemed frustrated when he had to fix it, then became rude. I told him what I wanted and mentioned I didn't have all the supplies on the first day. I asked if my porcelain and bead tile purchases could be used for the finishing touches and decorating, such as putting up the mirror and toilet paper holder. Yesterday morning, when I gave him more tile, he seemed surprised. He then implied he wanted to do the whole bathroom, including another wall. He was upset. I told him its okay, but you don`t want this kind of ending when you invite people to your home for work. Now, apprehensive about talking to the person coming tomorrow to look at the fence, as he already stated he`d need payment even if the job isn't completed.

Richard did a bathroom remodel a for wife and I. It included tear out and rebuild of the shower, countertops, cabinets, floors and a jacuzzi tub. The tub was replaced with storage, we installed new 36? high cabinets, constructed an half wall with shower faucets and niche, and increases the overall shower width and length by a couple inches. Richard was very competent and did an excellent job. He communicated well and showed up to work every day. He used drop clothes in the walkways and cleaned up everyday after construction. Since this was a condo remodel, it was important to keep common area clean and unobstructed. He used a trailer so nothing was left on-site and he worked hard to keep the noise distractions to a minimum. His price was reasonable and fair. He also worked hard to meet the needs of the homeowner. I would recommend Affordable Quality Home Repair for anyone who needs this type of remodeling done in the Stuart , Palm City, Port St. Lucie or surrounding areas.

Richard was fantastic! I hired him to remodel my motherâ s bathroom that I designed. He is very knowledgeable about the process and materials. His attention to detail was excellent considering I couldnâ t be on site to project manage every day. The tile we wanted required quite a bit of extra time and energy but he was always willing to accommodate our requests. My mom felt comfortable with him, enjoyed their conversations, and trusted his professional input when needed. We are very happy with our new bathroom! I would definitely hire Richard again.
