AWFUL! My beautiful Howard Miller grandfather clock is a mess after this guy (his real name) touched it! The hour chimes are muted and now the left weight will not raise--it is locked. $? $300 one time the $500. He will drain your bank account and do shabby work.Phone calls are not returned when leaving messages about work paid for and not adequate. When he removed the movement from my grandfather clock he placed it in a DUFFEL BAG and returned it with the clock face scratched!!! RUN don't walk away from this place. Go Lindell's in North Port. They know what they're doing.

Employees were complaining about customers when they were present. They charged alot just for a battery, and on top of that gave me a service charge for using my debit card. The woman who rang everyone out was new and  didn't appear to have any training. I was not the only unhappy customer in the store at that time. I would not use them in the future

I dropped the watch off, he wasn't there. The girl running the place said, oh, you know, we'll give you a call when it's ready. And I said, that's fine, I can pick it up in a few days or whatever. And by the time I actually ran a short errand and got home, they were calling and saying that he had come back and done it, it was ready. So, if I had just timed it a little bit better when he'd been there, I could have got it done while I waited. I thought they were extremely reasonable. He did a very nice job. He gave me back the links. I told my husband about it, because he has a pocket watch he's thinking about getting work done and I said you really need to take it up there.
