A NIGHTMARE!!. Our $15,000 flooring immediately began to collapse and buckle and continues to do so. They did not fill or support a large trench they made under the flooring in order to run the plumbing and the flooring is now collapsing over that. In addition, they ran the flooring under all the cabinets which my husband said they should not do but they assured us if there was any problem they would stand behind it. It is now buckling and peeling and will have to be relaid. TRS would not return our calls on this nor would the installer (who was also the tiler-George). We had a professional tool stolen from our garage which I questioned them on (I knew exactly a 4 hour window in which it was stolen )- I asked if they would return the professional impact drill they had "borrowed" since they they regularly helped themselves to my husband's professional carpentry tools in our garage as well as other things without permission. They denied it. The sight was a mess especially after they ran out of using all our garbage bags so they stopped bagging or removing garbage. They were not fulfilling their contract as indicated and we withheld additional payments until we could get some answers. We had paid over half the contract amount and less than a quarter of the work was done and they were asking for the third (of 4) payments before they would continue work. They became very verbally abusive and threatening and threatened to break into our house and take the cabinets we had paid for which were in our garage. We contacted a lawyer, and forbade the two running the job from setting foot on the property or contacting us except in writing due to the verbal threats. We had the lock box removed and all the locks changed on the house because my husband was often out of town concluding business and I was afraid. There were other issues with design that did not work, problems with quality etc, too much to go into. We had the individual who was the financial backer of the company step in and finally deal with us -who was very competent and fair and we were able to work with him to finish the job. HE shortly after this pulled his financial backing (he told us) and the company closed the business under this name, I believe. I think they are now operating under the name of Total Renovation. The two main characters who were both very threatening and abusive and difficult continue to do business together to my knowledge. I would steer clear of anything either (Keith or Mike) are involved in. Honestly, I am suspicious of these other reviews. I cannot imagine our experience being so vastly different or the financial man pulling out if this hadn't happened before. My husband is a retired professional carpentry contractor who owned his own successful business for 35 years and built custom homes so we are not ignorant of the industry standards, expectations or practices and these practices and behaviors were not acceptable. My wife and I decided to totally remodel the kitchen, master bath, and guest bath before we took over our new home. In the early part of 2021, my wife, Mike, and Keith took the lead on the room designs. We all agreed that this home had a 25-year-old design concept that needed to be changed. After interviewing several contractors, we chose Total Remodeling Solutions (TRS). So, because of their knowledge and expertise on a quality design that makes use of best options adding to the designs flowing together well. Keith and Mike were very friendly and nice to work with. They went further when we chose to have them upgrade other areas throughout the home to include flooring, baseboards, ceiling fans, lights, painting, and TV mounting. The team was very professional. WOW! I never imagined the comfort that we feel day to day. The workmanship is immaculate! Some say that your home is your castle. It has been since TRS.

My kitchen was completely gutted and Total Remodeling Solutions put in new cabinets, a back splash, under cabinet lighting, quartz counter tops and a sink/faucet. The finished product is beautiful! Each crew that Keith (the project manager) sent did an outstanding job and everyone was pleasant & professional. The time from when I signed the contract to the completed project was a little over 2 months. I was extremely pleased by how quickly the kitchen was transformed without sacrificing quality and workmanship. I highly recommend Total Remodeling Solutions and will use them again when I remodel my master bathroom.

Total Remodeling Solutions made a complete remodeling of our kitchen. While we had some opportunities to better communicate, the final function and appearance of our kitchen is terrific and we are very pleased with it.

We had a total remodel kitchen including flooring throughout the entire house. The drawings, selection process and installation was excellent! I had some ideas for the kitchen design and they never said no. The entire team was involved from the beginning until the end. The final product was amazing! The company was fantastic. I was 8 months pregnant at the time and really worried about dust. They simply made it worry free. I am over the moon with just everything... Drawings, selection process and installation the final product is amazing thank you guys so much!!!

We had an issue with water damage to the flooring. Out of the 5 companies we called, TRS was by far the most responsive & professional. The entire team were involved in the process from beginning to end. An amazing job in a timely fashion resulting in an outstanding flooring job. We would highly recommend them, and for any other projects we have they will be the company we call.

Installed new quartz countertops, tile backsplash, range hood, sink and faucet. When small issues arose, as they always seem to when remodeling, our phone calls/texts were answered in an extremely timely manner and the issues were solved to our complete satisfaction. This group is by far an amazing group to work with. Crew was fabulous and loved every suggestion they made. I had some custom ideas and they never said no. The crew is special ended up like family and kept everything cleaned up everyday. You cannit gonwrong with this group such a pleasure to work with and we r having them do more yet!
