He showed up at the appointed time but did a slap-dash attempt at repair. He did not replace the broken drywall but only covered it with a large amount of material that caused the drywall to sag. He returned the next day with a "real" dry-waller who added more mud to the repair and was talking about covering the entire ceiling. Then they no-showed/no-called for several days. I finally called Dan and told him we where going with someone else and to come pick up the tools he had left behind. He promised he would be out that day (Thursday) and finally made it the following Monday. Don't use this guy!
