Titanz Plumbing

When I woke up on a Sunday morning, one of my biggest nightmares came to life. My whole house was flooded. I had no idea what to do. I called 2 plumbers and nobody had answered or returned my call. Then I found the number to TItanz plumbing. From that point things started to look up. The lady who answered the phone told me she can have someone there in less then a hour. I was in shock. So I got off the phone and started cleaning. After only 32 min. from hanging up the phone, I got a knock at the door. It was Titanz. The technician was able to diagnose what had happen is less then 20 min. After going over my options with him, I decided to turn my water off and have them Repipe the home. They were able to start and finish the job that Tuesday. It only took 2 days for my plumbing to be fixed, fixed right, and better then before. Thank you Titanz team for all your help. I will tell everyone about you!!!

I called because it took forever to get hot water on the second floor. When the service man verified I needed a new hot water heater. I thought it was strange all the extra charges on my bill. Like $100 to remove the lawn chairs and stuff near the old water heater. 30 days later we still can't get hot water upstairs. So I called to have someone come out. My appt was at 8:30am. I received a receipt, my CC was charged for a service call? No one has been to my place yet. Apparently he went to the wrong condo. When he gets to my place finally he decides its a filter ($25. on amazon). The charge is $200 plus $100 service call! When I questioned why this wasn't covered with the new water heater I was told they don't check to make sure the water heater works. They just install it!!! I kept asking "you don't make sure hot water is coming out of all the faucets?" NOPE! there is no reason to. They kept arguing with me that my initial call i asked for a new water heater!?! SO I talked to the service man when he was out. He told me I needed it too. What a scam! I intend to follow up on this. I now have to pay someone else to fix a new water heater I probably didn't need. Service: Install water heater

The workers did a good job on putting new pipe in the house. However the owner disappointed me with his changing what he promised to do. He instructed his workers to directly wire the water heater thus eliminating the water heater plug. In so doing, he said he would replace the breaker in the electric box with one that is designed to put turned on and off on a more frequent basis. He said he could do the electric work because the electric box was made by Square D. After most of the work was done he changed his promise to install the new breaker switch saying he is only a plumber and not and electrician. This is despite his prior statement he could make changes in a 'Square D ' electric box.

Have used this company twice in the past 2 months. Technicians are young, knowledgeable, & articulate. All work was done in a timely manner. This company provides good plumbing services and charges fair, flat rate prices.

They were quick to schedule service and make the needed repairs. The fee charged was very reasinable.

We knew the old water heater would need to be replaced soon as there was a small leak. Titanz Plumbing came out and provided an estimate in a prompt and professional manner as well as explaining the newer requirements in Charlotte County. At that time we decided to wait a little longer. About 6 weeks later the water heater had a more serious leak and I knew it needed to be replace. Called Titanz and they pulled out the original estimate and set up an appointment to replace the water heater the next morning. Their employee arrived as scheduled and reviewed the estimate and determined that a change was needed in the size of the unit and that a quoted additional part was not needed after all. These two adjustment saved us over $100. The work was quickly and professionally done and easily exceeded my expectations. Any questions we had were fully and clearly answered. We have used Titanz before and prefer them over another company with whom we had a service contract. That contract has been terminated and we will stick with Titanz in the future.

Tianz was recommended by several of my neighbors with high praise. The first thing that felt very good about them was that when I called they had a lot of questions about the installation, current equipment, etc. That spoke directly to their professionalism and thoroughness. They promised to arrive within two hours of my call and did show up right on time. The tech was thorough, professional, neat, and answered all of my questions. The only thing they could have done better is to indicate in their telephone quote that I might need some additional parts to complete the install. When all was said and done the extra parts (which clearly were required) increased the price about $150.

OK but they had to come back another day to finish the job as they found a major blockage and needed to get a camera to locate the exact spot of the blockage.
