Not good. One countertop was cut incorrectly. It was filled with putty and I was told I could cover it with backsplash. I was left with a mess under the breakfast bar after the new counter was installed, gaps, trim removed, shims used to level. I had to hire someone else to repair the damage. My new refrigerator was dented and when I asked the installer what happened, he got extremely angry to the point he frightened me and said he didn't do it. Several of the employees outright lied to me or misquoted me. I was finally able to get a meeting with the owners of the company. They did replace the incorrectly cut counter with one correctly cut and installed. Other than that, they took no responsibility for their installer or employees. The owner said... it's a he said, she said so he had to believe his installer. They take no responsibility for any damages caused by their people. This project was started in November 2018 and took 2 months to get a resolution. Definitely not a company to do business with.
