They are generally good, I'm satisfied with them. They don't overcharge, they work with you very well, they let you know what is happening. I have been very pleased with them. I've had very good results with them, they stand by what they do. A few years ago they changed a part and they missed something and that part went bad in the power steering so they didn't charge me to redo anything. They seem to be honest. I've never had a problem with them. I always make an appointment and everything has always been done on time, there has never been a delay.

I have an old, but dependable car which I keep here in FL.  Although I'm not here in the summer usually, I had 2 grandsons  coming for a week to visit.   My AC wasn't working, I called St. George's to see if there was a simple fix...he got my car in the next day, added the coolant while I was there (only about 1/2 hour, and I was on my way.

I was thrilled to have the problem fixed so quickly & inexpensively.  I would definitely go back!

I already had brought my Honda to a repair place that specializes in AC. They told me it was a condenser and gave me a price of over $800. We didn't get it fixed for that price and were driving around in the 95 degree heat and dying. My Dad told me to try St. George. They discovered that the cabin filter was dirty and causing the AC to freeze up.The AC works fine now. I just dropped off my second vehicle to have AC fixed in it. Last week my almost new battery died and they fixed it right away.
I have only been in Port Charlotte a short while but plan on sticking with this St. George Auto Repair. Here is what I like about them.
They are honest.
Their place is clean, neat, well organized.
They answer the phone.
They call you and tell you what the work will cost and will give you written estimates if you want them.

He seemed quite good. Their prices seemed reasonable and they were very informative as to what they felt needed to be done and why it needed to be done and made suggestions. It's quite comfortable but it's a smaller concern and not a huge concern. They have a few employees. I was very happy. Their prices seemed in line and reasonable for what they did and they were very efficient in the way they handled everything and they were very pleasant to deal with. Nothing was overly priced. So far, everything seems to be working fine. They discovered something wrong that nobody seemed to notice and they solved the problem.

I have used them for the last 6 years and they are the best auto repair shop I have ever used.

They checked all the mechanical systems, changed the oil etc. I have been going to them for the past 6 years and I find them to be the best garage I have ever used. During this time they have repaired a/c system, breaks, fuel injection parts etc. For my car maintenance and repairs I never want to have to go to anyone else.

They are very good. I like them and I would recommend them. I feel comfortable with them. They are honest. I haven't found that they do work that is not needed. The shop is very neat. They have a nice office. They have a bunch of bays. It is a family run operation.

They are very honest and reliable. When you make an appointment they take you at that time. The work that I have had done has been good and I feel comfortable with them. Prices are competitive.

I highly recommend them. They are terrific, everyone I know uses them. Their pricing is very reasonable. The guys there are amazing and very honest.
