Computer Sales
I purchased the software, and they sent me the CD for installation. One of my staff members misplaced the CD and installation codes. I asked this vendor to just send me the same codes that they sent me previously -- the ones that I already paid for -- and they refused, wanting me to pay them more money before they would resend the codes that I ALREADY PAID FOR. This company is terrible. Very unprofessional, and very unhelpful. If you're looking for a scheduling software, steer clear of this company - there are much better scheduling systems out there with much better service.
