I told them that I did not want this brand and I got it under a different brand name. The products aren't good, and the service plan I got has not really been honored. If it's not working, then make it work, or give me one that does work. I paid more than I wanted to. I don't think their quality is good.

I am somebody who loves to bake, and I have ruined a lot of stuff. It takes the pleasure out of doing something when you have to constantly check the thermometer in the oven because it doesn't hold the temperature. It's 75 to 100 degrees lower than what it's suppose to be. If you try to compensate and turn it up, you get a hot oven that cools way down. There's no consistency.

I was pleased with that. The manager was excellent. I thought it was very good. We had an alignment done. We got Michelin tires for our van and I have a ramp for my van so I have to get the most expensive tire that Michelin has. It was a 90,000 miles tire and I was pleased with the price. I was happy that they had them installed. I am stuck because there are kinds of specialty tire and not everybody has them on stock. They might have them in their warehouse and you have to wait a day or two to get them from their warehouse but he had them in stock. I called them about 11 o'clock and we were in there by 2:30 getting our tires so I was pleased with the fact that they have them and they could take us right away. Our waiting time was very small and we didn't have to wait very long at all to get them done and he was very thorough when he showed us the alignment. While he did with the alignment, he had a digital print out of what was done for the alignment. I thought that was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, very courteous and acted like he appreciated their business. In other words, I didn't think and I didn't feel like I was being sold of anything. He didn't try to up-sell me. He just set about his business and did it in a timely and efficient manner. I thought that they have competitive if not better prices than some other dealers. And I thought that they handled me in a very professional, efficient and very pleasant manner. I enjoyed doing business with them.

Had Sears setup an installation of a stove top microwave. They came when promised. Did a professional job.

Everybody knows Sears Kenmore appliances are reliabel products and a good value. Sometimes they have sales that are really great. We had just bought a new house and had to refit all the major appliances. We stopped at Sears (Port Charlotte at Murdock Circle) because we were nearby for lunch and thought we'd check out what they had. We ran into a really fabulous sales associate, Margie. What a lucky break. She had information about a coming sale that would save us thousands of dollars and this was no exaggeration.
Margie arranged for our purchase of 7 major Kenmore Eliter appliances. She did save us about $4,000 and she mother-henned the whole purchase from order to delivery. She arranged to have Sears hold the appliances until we closed on the new house (which took about a month longer than expected). Margie was always readily available to assist us. She promptly returned our phone calls and managed the entire transaction to our complete satisfaction.
If you need to buy a major appliance or appliances, you can't do better than to have Margie help you with your purchase.
You won't be disappointed. She's really a terrific person.
