Started my own company this year after 7 years as Senior Director of Operations for a large construction and restoration company. Excellent experience all around. Called Reliable Restoration to help me out after Ian. They helped me go through all my belongings, packed up what was salvageable and loaded everything in pods, discarded the rest. Vinny and his team treated my belongings and my home like it was their own; I went from full on panic attack to feeling 100% confident. Once my home was dried Vinny walked me through my home again with a moister meter to ensure me all was dry and safe for my daughter and I, this process made me feel very included. Vinny worked so fast and efficiently to ensure we were able to return to a safe home asap. They installed new floors, trim and painted. The work was beautiful!!! By the time they left my home it was better than the hurricane, I can't thank Reliable Restoration enough for all they did, and I am truly grateful. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in need as they exceeded my expectations. Thanks, guys!!
