The initial visit was very good, like another review stated, the husband and wife came out together the first time and cleaned my entire home including basement for $300.  I was very impressed how clean it was, so subsequently asked them to come back every two weeks with one week consisting of more deep cleaning.  I was told it would be $150 each time, however when I received the packet from the daughter I was charged $150 one time and $175 for the weeks there was deep cleaning.  Guess I should have seen the red flag at that time, however I thought people would be as trustworthy as I am.  The gentleman can each time after that and each time I called the daughter to complain of something that was not done at all or not done properly.  She said she would talk to her dad, however things did not improve.  The final straw came when I asked him to dust the inside of a china cabinet and he told me he wasn't supposed to do that then proceded to call his daughter.  Every time I asked him to do something a certain way he was rude.  This company would be better if they left the man home to babysit the grandson and the grandmother did the cleaning. 

I hired this house cleaning company to clean two homes. The first visit to one of the homes went well. The subsequent visits did not go as well and the quality of service in the other home was marginal. This is a family business, with the couple initially doing the house cleaning and the daughter organizing the appointments. The later visits were done by the man alone and were not nearly as effective as when his wife came with him to clean. There always seemed to be an issue of pricing, as one of the homes is new, with little decorating having been done, and pending price increases were frequently mentioned as more decorating would be done, requiring more dusting, I suppose. I received a quote for window cleaning, which was exorbitant, so I did not have this service performed. Once there was confusion of when the appointment was scheduled, with the man arriving a week earlier than was scheduled. I originally hoped this service would work out for me, since it's difficult to find cleaning companies or individuals willing to come to rural areas to work. I was disappointed that the quality wasn't worth the price paid.

RCH Cleaning  visited our house (which was more than a 30-minute drive from them), then faxed me an estimate which was very much in line with my expectations.  They showed up on time as agreed.  We have a large two-story house with both carpets and hardwood floors.  The first cleaning was a bit more expensive than subsequent ones will be because in the future they will clean the "core" every time and alternate with some of the less-used rooms cleaning them every other time. I saw this as a very good sign that they are willing to flex with the customer's needs.  The work they did was excellent.  The house sparkled in every nook and cranny -- floors, countertops, appliances, bathrooms, shelves , stairs -- everything.  I had thought I was happy with my former house cleaner until I experienced RCH -- they really know what they are doing and do it efficiently and thoroughly.  Plus, they are quite personable without being intrusive.  I recommend them very highly based on this one-time experience.  They are scheduled to come back every two weeks and if the quality remains this high, they are definitely "keepers".

They arrive on time and provide all of the cleaning equipment. They take great care in cleaning my home and giving my home the respect it deserves.
