They didn't do a good maintenance job. They have a very narrow window of appointments to come for maintenance. Every time they come try to sell expensive parts and give you uncorrected information .

Not good, they are there to sell parts and service that in fact you do not need.

It was a very professional job. I was in a crunch because I didn't have any A/C. It seemed to be a good deal. All in all, it is a fine system and it has been working well.

I was quite satisfied with them. They were nice, friendly and professional. They seem to be rather thorough. My price was reasonable. I was quite pleased with them. In every category, I would give them an A.

Appt scheduled between 9 and 11. He showed a half hr early at 8:30 and since it is a rental i had to call tenant to let tech inside to decrease temp to make unit go on. I advised tech that the tenant would be back in 5 minutes. Tech advised me if tenant was not there by 9 that he was leaving.
Tech asked me who installed our unit. When i told him, he asked me why i did not use them instead of his company.

Not a good experience. Hopefully the tech was just having a bad day and this is not the norm.

I have been using them since I moved to the West coast of Florida. They are great overall.

The cost was high and it only seemed to make sense to get quotes.  I found some other recommended providers from Angie's.  I called one immediately and he came out.  Upon review of the unit, he said the coils were fine and that the unit had a few more years to it.  I called back QC to cancel my earlier contract and they immediately were willing to drop $1000 from the price.  I do not know if this was a new technician that came to the house and does not really know HVAC or if they just have bad business practices.  I however can not recommenced them to others and I will be canceling my maintenance contract with them.  I will state that they have always been friendly and courteous and continue to do so.  Unfortunately, I do not trust them anymore.

As described above, I assume the A/C check was performed, but the tech wanted to sell an expensive add on package to the A/C system, which was completely unnecessary.  A neighbor also had this company check their A/C system and was told the whole system needed replacement.  The neighbor then had two other companies check their system and both reported nothing wrong with system!

I like the service I am receiving under my warranty. They try to sell me stuff all the time.

The work was done in a neat and prompt period of time. However, I learned later from the previous homeowner that the replaced unit was only a few years old and covered by warrenty. I informed Quality Control about the warrenty. They admitted that they had made a mistake and would reimburse me $800.00 for the old unit. I am satisfied with their effort to correct the mistake although, had I known the old unit was under warrenty, I would have had it replaced for a significantly lower cost.
