Fixed Generator Installation
This company is a total rip off. Signed a contract back in November 2024. They dropped off a Generac generator on my property and never came back. Please do not use these people. Greg [Provider Name Removed] is a total liar and took us for $14,700. Will not return phone calls or texts. Apparently many law suits, so I guess I will stand in line with the other victims. Just can?t relieve I got ripped off, good reviews up to August 2024. I?m sure they are in bankruptcy.

Fixed Generator Installation
Quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a professional business. They did not pay for the generac material through the supplier they used and a lien was placed on my property for which I had to pay. It is still not completely installed, more than 6 months later. A huge dent was put into the generator during installation, that will never get fixed I?m sure. Everything is a drawn out excuse and nothing ever gets done. They are in active lawsuits. Do yourself a favor and use ANY other company.

BEWARE! This business is a TOTAL SCAM! Took $10,000.00 deposit, and delivered a Generac whole house generator. Never finished the installation, and never paid their wholesaler, who promptly put a $6800 lien on my house! Did the same thing to my neighbor. STAY AWAY! THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!

I contacted Protects Energy to design and install a solar powered system into my fifth wheel RV. Greg was my installer and my teacher. Matching the new solar to the existing 12 volt system was complicated and took some trial and error. But, I learned much as Greg included me in the install. I now feel that I have the basic understanding of how the system works and what to do if an issue arises. Good job and thanks.
