Terrible experience, customer service might be worse which is actually saying something. It was crooked, never worked properly and not aligned properly either. Their solution is fill it with an inch of grout and hopefully no one notices. The manager called back to say they would fix the pavers but not the skimmer "because now it is working properly" even though it looks like the work was performed but a child.

We used them the first year when we bought the house. We stopped using them in November of 2011. We were down here in April of 2011, and they were not here all summer long. Instead of the owner acknowledging that they were not here he did not apologize. He was just like we did not know what we were talking about. He was not very responsive when he found out that his employee had not been here for months. That was the short synopsis of it. They could listen to their customer better. The price was with everyone else. They did not show up so punctuality is an F. I would not use them again.

Everything went fine. They started the job on the day they stated, which was only 10 days out of cotract signing. And we were swimming when they said we would be, about two weeks from start. All of the employees from sales, construction and service were polite, informative and helpful.

We did purchase a new variable speed pump from them and it is running very well and with the suggestions from the salesman in the store our pool looks better than ever. Very clean and nice installation of the pump, he came on time and when we had questions he carefully answered all of them.

I have an ongoing business relationship with this business for pool chemicals but required the replacement of some pool equipment; i.e. heat pump and pipes etc.

They were extremely prompt, courteous and professional.

Whenever I go in for pool water testing they know me and ask about events in my life.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an all around pool service company.
