Terrific. We had purchased a new faucet but thought maybe the old one could be fixed. Jeff advised us that it would be better to install the new one. There were some extra complications related to the manaport system we have at our house (the faucet we bought didn't have the same attachments as the old faucet), but Jeff was able to come up with a good solution. Besides a new faucet that works great, we have better shut-offs now and a more secure installation than the way the granite counter guys had done the original installation. This company seeks to do good work at a fair price, which they certainly did, plus the plumber Jeff that helped us was very professional and pleasant in addition to very competent.

"Mr [Member Name Removed]called our office and had a high water bill. A few months before there had been a car accident in his yard and he was sure this was related. We arrived on site and the water meter was spinning. This indicated there was indeed a leak. We tried to turn the water off at the house, but the shut off was not working, so we replaced shut off and relief valve. Once we able to turn the water off to house, the meter was not spinning. This indicates the leak is inside the house. We determined Mr [Member Name Removed]had a slab leak. We suggested he contact a leak detection company. Mr [Member Name Removed]called back a few days later and said he did not believe us. This had to be related to the car accident. I sent the owner of the company out the 2nd time, who did confirm it was a slab leak. We again advised Mr [Member Name Removed]to call a leak detection company. We never heard from him again, except when he posted this review. The $150 charged to Mr [Member Name Removed]was for 1 hours work plus a new 3/4" sharkbite ball valve and a new 3/4" relief valve. He came out and poured bleach down the drain and then cleaned the pipe with an auger. It was a good company and I would give him the highest marks. The first thing he did was tell me a few tricks to try for free over the phone. Those didn't work so he came the same day I called. He was professional and friendly as well.

It went exceptionally well. The worker arrived early, performed all repairs in a professional manner, and presented a bill that was substantially lower than expected.

Excellent. Call Plumbing Doctor II mid-morning, and Dave said he would have someone there mid-afternoon. Jamie arrived at 1:30, very professional in attitude and work. Replacement to include clean-up etc was accomplished in one hour. Great job -- will use Plumbing Doctor II for my plumbing needs in the future.

I've used this vendor before. Excellent work both times. Workmen show up on time and complete the task quickly, and do excellent cleanup afterward. Very reasonable prices.

I purchased a Big Deal for 2 hours of plumbing labor. The provider came out and told me I had to pay extra for the job. He told me that he had to use a big machine to clear the drain.

"I am sorry we were not able to satisfy you. Prior to purchasing the big deal, I talked to you 3 times yesterday. Once you told me what you were looking for, I suggested to you that we were not a good fit for you. You were looking for a company which would clear your drains for a flat fee. As I explained, that is not our policy. We DID NOT come to your house at any time, so therefore we do not know what equipment would be needed, nor how long it would take. As I explained yesterday there is no way to estimate how long it would take to clear the drain, nor what equipment would be needed, until we actually do the work. I suggested yesterday that you DO NOT purchase the big deal because you would end up paying more than the regular price if we cleared the drain in 1 hour. As stated on the big deal, it is 2 hours of LABOR only. That would not include the charge for the drain machine if it is needed. I explained that yesterday before you purchased the deal and again today when we talked. As I explained yesterday, our company was not a good fit for you needs. That is why I suggested today you call Angies list back and get your money back. I am sorry we were not the right fit for you, but as I said yesterday, you are looking for a company which charges a "flat rate" to clear drains, regardless of the time it takes and what equipment is needed."

Within an hour from the time that I called someone showed up. I believe his name was Brad. He was professional and quick. The task took about 15 minutes. Snaked out the pipes from the clean out located outside the house. Found the clog. People before we bought were not kind to the house. I'm sure if it had not been a Sunday, emergency call the price would be lower. I was just happy someone came as fast as they did. No doubt I will call again if there is a plumbing problem.
