As a new homeowner, I had no prior experience with pool care and maintenance. The in-store sales staff have always been patient with my questions and explained various details even when they had other customers in the store. As a result, I will certainly continue to give them my business even though I might be able to find pool products for a little less money in one of the big box stores. Their professional knowledge, advice and courtesy is well worth a slight markup.
