Technician has been thorough, conscientious, and considerate of my home. Company responded to service request for removal of dead rodent promptly. To date, follow-up has been good. I have recommended this company to neighbors for these reasons, although the price for rodent control may be on the higher side than another provider who has done significant work in this neighborhood.

The servicemen were thorough, informative and professioal.

They were quick to respond and to do the treatment. I had a question a few days later and they came right over. It appears that their treatment worked.

They are excellent. They do thoroughly when it's time to do the interior of the house and I watch what they do. They go to every room, and they are very thorough. If you have a problem with bugs coming back or any other problem, they are right out there again. With the exteriors they do another thorough job. I have cats out there in the middle of the night, and they are very careful not to spray on the area where they are. Their stuff is not harmful to animals, but they say they just don't want to take a chance. I would rate them highly.

They came here on time, were very professional. There equipment is much superior than that of other pest control companies I've used.

The work done was excellent. However, for personal reasons we were forced to cancel a year long contract we took out with the company.

What really struck me about this company was the professionalism with whiich they handled my request to cancel the contract and receive a refund of the money for the contract. The provider's employee was so professional and understanding. When receiving refunds I am used to waiting 30-60 days, so you can imagine my surprise when within a week I received a call telling me that they were sorry but there was a mix-up with my refund and they would make sure I had it within the next day or two.

Now that is excellent service. If I am in need of pest control services in the future, I would absolutely contract the services of Pest Eliminators.

They didn't do that much for me. My neighbor took pity on me and he found the mouse. I paid $720 for a year. They came on time, but I don't really think they went through a lot of trouble trying to find out that's where the problem was. My neighbor was the one who pulled out the dishwasher. He was the one who checked the stove and everything. He finally found the mouse. Pest Eliminators put all these fancy traps out, and I think they caught one mouse and that was it. They never really bothered anymore. They put all the traps outside. Their price was totally out of line. I thought that was a lot of money. The punctuality was good. I was not overly satisfied with them. I thought they were very high priced.

I was very pleased.

I found them on Angie's List. I got a special from Angie's List on my email. They came out the next day because I emailed them. They emailed me right back and scheduled it for the next day. The special was for the member's of $54 and non-members of $79. They were offering a one-time deal. When they came out, they offered a special and it was one-year for $299. I had paid an extra $254 for a whole year service for 5 visits. They would come as many times as needed, and it was free. They use natural oils and things like that. It is environment friendly. The first gentleman, who came out, was the one who signed me up. He was really good. He explained everything to me. Then I had to have a second callback and the guy who came right out, his name was Phillip. He came out the second time on 19th. First time, they couldn't get an access to my garage because my husband had a bunch of junk in there and I had my new van in the garage. The first guy could have accessed it just by opening the garage overhead door, but he was pretty good. The second guy, who came out, opened up the garage door and my van wasn't in there. We have had our Christmas decoration all down, so he went ahead climbed over, and moved the boxes out of the way. He did everything, and I followed him up because I was curious. I am in a wheel chair. He was such a nice young man. He climbed into the attic on the stairs, and he set bait traps up there. The roaches made the nest in the garage. I was so freaked out in the first place. When I saw the email online, it all happened at the perfect timing. Since, they have come out on the 19th I have not seen any single roach, but I am seeing all kinds of dead ones outside. I am thrilled to death. The guy went beyond his way to put up extra baits all around the perimeter of the house. Both the guys took time to explain things to me. They just explained how the roaches could show up in the place. Being in Florida how they got attracted to this place and lived here anyway. They talked about the precaution and the whole nine yards. They were so head over heels. They just bend over backwards. They were so nice. They put in those little booties when they walked into my house. They were terrific. I can't say enough nice things about them. They just did everything plus their price was exceptional. They didn't use any kind of chemicals because in my home I have pets. I am very happy with the service. Aside from the fact that they will come out four times a year, they have unlimited callbacks if I ever have any problems. I am really so happy about it.

It costs $50 each time. I have a contract with them. They come four times a year and it is $200 for a year. They come quarterly. It is $200 for my rental unit and $200 for my house. It's supposed to be green type pest control and it's not like how toxic chemicals are supposed to be. They are pretty good for green pest control. You probably get better results if you use the really toxic stuff. The green pest control takes longer to build up the effectiveness. After some time, I think it works fairly well. I have been using them for a year and a half now and it's working quite well. I will continue to use them in the future too.

I called to get the one time Eco deal from Angie's List which I purchased the day before. I spoke to Chad in the morning and he scheduled to come out between 1:00 -3:00; I came home at 12:40 PM and Chad was already at my home. He did a great job and explaining what he was doing and about the bugs and pests in the area, since I am new to the area, and coming from Michigan, we do not have the pest problems there like we do in Florida.He convinced me that I should have this done more than once a year to keep the ants away and gave me a great deal because I was an Angie's List member.I am very happy so far with the fast, friendly service.

They were great. They were extremely knowledgeable. I'm very happy with them. The chemicals that they used were not dangerous to pets and so forth; I liked that. I would use them in the future.

The tech called...he was ahead of schedule. Told him it was fine. Arrived promptly fully geared witih shoe covers to boot. Explained what he was going to do at each juncture. He stated that he loved his job and he did it accordingly. We were VERY pleased with the efficiency and thoroughness of his work.

As stated in the other reports, they showed up on time. They did put little booty's on while they were in the house.

As part of what would be done, I was informed that they would spray the walls of the interior of the house, as well as the perimeter of the outside of the house.

They did spray the outside of the house, but I would have to assume that they did not spray the entire inside of the house, as that part was completed too quickly.

Bottom line, They sprayed on Friday, October 21st and on Thursday October 27th I still have ants. I was away on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday on a business trip, so I don't know if the ants were around on those days. I would have to assume that if what they did was anygood, then I should not have seen any ants for at least a month or so.

They offered me the annual service, but I told them that I would give it a couple of weeks to determine if their service was worth it, before buying the years service.

When I called to get the placed sprayed again, they said it would be $ 65.00 to come out again as it was a one time service and it is not guaranteed.

So, the job they were hired to do may have lasted 6 days. Sorry, but in my book, that is just not good enough.

I won't be calling Pest Elimninators back.

Conrad was punctual, efficient and polite. For the special offer price, he spent a reasonable amount of time at my home and it appears that the treatment is working.. as I have several deceased bugs in the patio!

It was certainly worth the money and I will most likely use their services again.

He is always available if you need him. All you have to pay is the basic fee for the year, than he comes out if you need him for anything else. I also feel that his price is competitive.

We were very satisfied with the work they did and we would use them again.

Professional and polite, No BS. Effective.

They make appointment and stick to them. They wear boot covers. They are prompt. They call back quickly.
