It went great! Perma Roof was recommended by a friend of mine. We called them and they came out to give us a quote. We had gotten 3 other estimates. Perma Roof came in less than most. I liked Rick immediately and if we had questions he got right back to us with answers. Crew worked very efficiently and everyone was very professional, knew their job and worked like a well oiled machine to get the job done. We had some bad wood and they replaced it. We are extremely happy with our new roof. It is new color that they had....goes perfect with our house color. We would recommend Perma Roof to anyone who is looking to replace their roof. We will use them again.

Things went great. This company was the only one out of seven companies that found a part of my roof that had rotted wood. They replaced the wood and did a great job on the roof. Cleaned the area up nicely

Mark showed up Sunday morning as scheduled, went into the attic, identified the problem, discussed it with me and prepared an estimate. On the next clear day, he sent a crew of about 6 men who arrived about 9 am, removed about 9 squares of tile roofing, replaced some rotted roof sheeting and reinstalled the tiles. They were completely done by about 2 pm, cleaned the area, and left.

The tiles on the roof are a custom green/blue color and Mark's crew was able to match the color so I can't tell the new tiles from the old ones.

I was totally satisfied with the work performed, and grateful to have found someone who would come out on a Sunday morning to get the process started.

I would recommend Perma Roof to anyone needing roofing services and will use them again myself should the need arise.

Upon our decision to proceed, Perma Roof scheduled work for the next day. The crew arrived on time with the representative who issued the estimate. The repair process ensued with efficiency and minimal mess. Although the repair was greater than first suspected and required a material run, it was completed for the original quote. As the leak had resulted in some interior damage, the representative gave directions on how to repair that as well. The very next day we had torrential rains and there wasn't a drip anywhere inside. If the roof ever exhibits more problems, Perma Roof will be the contractor of choice.

It went very well. We would certainly recommend them to others and use them again if needed in the future.

Absolutely fabulous! He was prompt on his arrival and very professional when explaining the problem. I will absolutely use this company again AND when we decide to put on a new roof.

They are outstanding. They did not install my roof, so it is not their problem. But he is the one that has been my go-to person. I wouldn't use anybody else in this county. When I get ready for a new roof it will definitely be with him. He knows what he is doing. He is very responsible. He always calls me back the same day and set up a time to come. Even though I always say this is not an emergency, I don't have leasehold problem or whatever. If there's something he can't do or take care of right away, he tells me when he'll be back. The price is good. Some years he has come and done the whole visual inspection and never charged me anything at all. I am not going to let him do that this year. If he goes up there and says it looks okay, I'm still going to pay him something.

They were professional and extremely punctual. The owner came and did the first repair for free. He was very attentive and accommodated me to the best he could.

We had a roof leak, and they could have easily said that we needed a new roof, but the guy said that we did not need a new one, and that he could fix and patch it. He explained what area needed to be cut out, what he would do, and the tile that he would cut. Then, he realized that the tile would not be a perfect match because of the age of the roof, but it was so close; it was unbelievable. After he gave me the quote and everything, they found another area, and he did not raise the price. They also fixed that, and then, they went through and made sure all the nails were down. They were just incredible. I would also like to add that I called them on a Monday to see if they could come out when they could, and they said that they happen to be available right now, and they could come out in forty-five minutes. That was for the estimate. Then, they were doing the roof just a few days later when I could not even have somebody come up to give me a quote. The guy also told us that the roof could last another three to five years which I thought was amazing that somebody was honest about it.

The work consisted of replacing about 1200 square feet of flat roofing on an addition to my home. * The old roofing and flashings were removed. * Rotted plywood was replaced. * All of the plywood was screwed down at 6 inch intervals. * underlayment was nailed to the plywood. * The top coating was adhered to the underlayment. * New flashings were attached.All of this work was accomplished under very strict code requirements established after hurricane Charlie devastated the city of P**** Gorda, FL.

This is truly a first-rate contractor. Mark responded to my request for an estimate the day after I called. The receptionist was friendly and professional. In fact, I received a call from the receptionist on the day of the estimate to let me know that Mark was running a little behind and would be 10-15 minutes late for the estimate.

Their crew showed up right on the button. The project manager (Tommy) came to the door and introduced himself (in fact picked the paper up in the driveway and handed it to me !).

The crew was a hard working group, and the job started about 8 am and was complete by 3:00 pm.

All material and debris were hauled away (we never saw it as it went straight from the roof to their trailer).

The County inspector came this afternoon and signed off on the job.

I would highly recommend Perma Roof without hesitation, and would certainly use them again.

Perma Roof came found the problem and immediately repaired and checked out the rest of the roof for the price of a service call.
Another company came and didn't even address the problem, just said I needed a new roof. I thank Perma Roof for his professionalism and above all Honesty.

This is the second home I have owned in the area, and Perma-Roof has done work for me in the past. It was finally time to replace the shingle roof on the home I am currently in. They always respond professionally, from the way the receptionist answers the telephone, to how quickly my call is returned, to how quickly I get an estimate. Mr. McMaster had actually given me an estimate one year ago on a re-roof but I couldn't afford to do it at the time. He told me that prices of materials had actually gone down a bit and he was able to do it for a little bit less. I appreciated his honesty and integrity. The job began on the day it was scheduled, which I find rare in this area. The crew was polite and professional. They cleaned up daily. They did not throw trash in my yard or driveway as other contractors have done in the past. The quality of work is excellent. I have had the roof inspected for insurance purposes since that time and the inspector said that the "work is tight". After the job was done, I needed paperwork filled out for my insurance company. Four pages worth! I mailed it to the office and had it back within five days. I cannot speak highly enough about this company. They always respond quickly, and politely to my questions. I hope to never need another roof or repair but I will not hesitate to call Perma-Roof in the future.

Prompt and professional response from office staff and from the owner with an initial on-site quote. After I agreed, they provided a written contract and followed up with the repair promptly, quickly, quietly and cleaned up well before leaving. We also have an insidious leak at my wife's office. The owner has been by twice in an effort to identify the source at no charge.

Roof leaks over the lanau rebuilt after hurricane Charley and above an older existing laundry room/ storage room. Removed a section of the old existing roof, installed flashing and peel & stick, replaced the interconnecting area with new shingles. No more leaks. Arrived on time completed the job in about 5 hours, cleaned site and hauled away debris.
