"I'm sorry to hear that is the feeling that you take away from your experience with us. Acquiring the paperwork for certain jobs takes time, but by the end of your project, all the required paperwork was attained and your job passed inspection. In regards to the filter, we do not manufacture them, we simply install them to correspond to the equipment that you ordered. Accessibility of the filter would be a manufactures issue. Also, regarding the color of the pool, the color varies depending on the surroundings of the pool i.e. shading, landscaping, and the time of day. I hope that this information helps ease your concerns and outlook with the job."

I had my pool resurfaced, tile border replaced, and whole lanai painted. The craftsmanship with the pool project is very good. The team really seemed to know what they were doing and they were very friendly. It turned out well and is a huge improvement. There was a mix-up with the paint color for the lanai. I had selected a color and was told I could select another color by a certain date, which I did, but they painted my lanai the original color. The owner and I worked it out and while I was not at fault I offered to split the cost of the paint to have it painted the color I wanted. I really did not like the first color but I very much like the second color and appreciate them correcting it. What I do not like though is that there are many pine needles painted on my lanai as well. I do not remember them being there in the first color and they certainly were not there on the original color. I realize it was several days between the paintings and debris got on the lanai, but I did pay a lot of money for the job and would prefer it to be perfect. It looks like brush hairs on a painting.....not a huge deal but could be avoided and would look better. Other than the painted needles the craftsmanship of the painting is good also.

ALL THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY NICE AND DID EXCEPTIONAL WORK.
They estimated the project would take 4 weeks and it was completed in three weeks (to me there is nothing better than under estimating and over delivery)
I would definitely recommend Resurrection pools to anyone and everyone - to date we have had no issues with the pool deck or the pool resurface itself - it looks beautiful and we are delighted!

I would like to say that our paver gentleman was not unlicensed but he had let his Worker's Comp lapse, and that is why a stop work order was issues. He promptly rectified the situation, because we do not use unlicensed contractors. As far as the quality of our job, the owner is now aware of the severity of the situation and this job will be corrected to the customer's satisfaction. We take full responsibility in ensuring that our customer's are happy with the work done and will not leave a job unless the customer is happy."
This is a very professional company with very professional employees. Each phase of the project had its own crew - and each crew member knew exactly was to do as part of the team. Every phase was FLAWLESS - leading to the next phase. - The completed project took 5 days & went like clockwork (actually it was completed ahead of schedule) because of the team effort -
We are BEYOND SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS -- If you need any work done on your pool or patio - I would highly recommend RESURRECTION POOLS.
