All I knew was that I wanted a Sealy brand mattress as that is what I am most familiar with. Ed started showing us all the various mattresses on display and encouraging us to try different ones. I told him we were not buying that day, just starting our search. That did not deter him from explaining all the features of the different models we looked at. We finally found one we both liked very much, not the cheapest on the floor but by no means the most expensive, somewhere comfortably in the middle of the price spectrum. I asked about delivery and was told it could be delivered that very afternoon. After thinking it over and getting what we felt was a very fair price we decided to go ahead and purchase it! Andy called a friend of his to come in to help with the delivery as we told them we needed our queen bed moved into the guest room to make room for the new bed. They arrived right on time and had the old bed moved in less than 10 minutes. 20 minutes after that the new bed was completely set up in our Master bedroom. The delivery men were clean, courteous, and polite. Ed was wonderful to have as a salesman, not at all pushy and very knowledgeable about their many different mattresses.

We were looking or a Queen mattress. Saw a lot of reviews of area mattress stores and most mentioned how much more money was spent than expected. We chose Mike's and Frank described all of the different price ranges, along with the benefits of each mattress. They offer the basic mattress in each price range; cheap, good, better and best. No pressure to buy the most expensive, he just answered questions as we tried out each mattress. Paid less than expected for a great mattress. Delivery was scheduled for the next day. They were on time and set up the bed and frame very quickly. I didn't think we were paying for a lot of hype, high commissions, extras or add-ons. Not a lot of selection within single price ranges but everything we needed.
