Garage Service
Make sure if you order a garage or shed from them that they tell you ahead of time you are NOT paying for the true size you want as I did 12'x24' turned out to be 10'x24'. as you are supposed to know you have to pay for the one foot overhang on both sides.
Constantly give excuses from delivery to fixing the problems. I have been to Town & Country who sells the materials to fix my garage but they seem to ignore that fact and continue to stall me off thinking I'll give up.
My next contact will be to the Charlotte Sun newspaper so others in this area will know what to expect if you order anything from them.
My brother had a TWO car garage built on site in the same manufactured park I live in plus an attached screened/window lanai room all for $14,000. So compare that to the ONE car garage I got and nothing else!
A month or so ago (2012) Mr Massing came back and remeasured the needed replacements, including the door that is rusting out. It has been one year since he came out before promising to repair the necessary items. He also told me they no longer use that door manufacturer due to the rusting problem. It is now the end of August 2012 and I have not heard back from him at all.
