They killed my grass and cost me 6800 bucks

I can't tell a difference after they've come.

They show up when I'm not home and they do the outside when I'm not home. They aren't consistent with their pricing from one customer to the next. When I ask them to spray in the garage when I'm home, they are spotty in their spray. I'm not happy with them at all.

I've been happy with their services. They have been servicing my lawn for the last 6 months. I was using another company for my lawn services but since I am retiring soon, I wanted to lower my expenses and they didn't agree to lower the cost. But, Massey Services Company agreed to lower the price and so I chose them. I have been rated as having the best looking yard in the 5 mile radius. The boss came in and looked at my yard and they were very nice. I have recommended them to my mother. I get a discount every time I recommend them to a customer. They do whatever they say.

I think they were just bought up by a different company.  We've been using them for about four and a half years.  They come, they do their thing and hopefully we don't find bugs.  We really can't compare them to anyone else having good price.  We have a yearly contract with them.  We have two separate contracts, one for general bugs and one for termite control.  They've been bought up by a different company but up till that point we found that their representatives were very pleasant people.  They always took time to explain what they doing.  We enjoy and we actually got to know some of the people that come out to treat the house and the yard.  I don't know how the new company will present their people.  I don't think they are letting the old people go but they have different policies. We've not compared their price to anyone.  They come here on a monthly basis and we really don't know what time they show up.  We have called when we needed something special then and they have been punctual.

I am satisfied with them. They sold to Massey, so they have a new owner. They will come back at no charge if I continue to have a problem. I think they do a good service.

For the pest control, the fellow that did it was on time. He came when she says he would. He takes his shoes off when he enters out home. He is well dressed, clean and professional. He explained the system, since we are not from here and we do not know about living in Floirda.
