We are THRILLED that our landlady decided to use Martin Air. Sean came out yesterday, the SAME DAY she called them! He found the issue right away and offered her options on how to proceed. Thankfully, on Martin Air's recommendation, she opted to go with a brand new unit that is larger than what we had before. They were here today and we now have cool, fresh air coming from our vents again! When she told me that she didn't have a service contract on the unit, I really thought it would be WEEKS before we saw anyone. I was amazed to see someone come out the same day and install the next, even though it is Saturday! If we eventually buy a home, we will be using Martin Air as well! Less
