This was such a terrible experience. I want to strongly suggest that any customer seeking quality and professional service look elsewhere.
We hired Larry's to remove rear window tint from my boyfriend's car. One would assume this would be done with chemicals so as not to damage the vehicle. Unfortunately, Larry could not remove the tint using normal methods and so went ahead and used a razor blade to scrape the tint off the back window WITHOUT updating us on the situation or seeking our permission first, thereby irreparably destroying the rear defroster.
When we went to pick it up and were (needless to say) terribly upset about the poor job performed, he was outrageously rude to us. His reponse to the complaint about his thoughtless damage to the defroster was "You live in Florida, you'll never use it." That's completely beside the point! If using a razor blade to scrape off the tint and messing up our rear defroster was our only option, we could have done that ourselves in our garage and saved ourselves the hassle, ridiculous charge and the time spent.
We trusted them to handle the job professionally, WITHOUT damage to our vehicle (which, incidentally, they refused to compensate us for) and were very disappointed. Overall, I cannot recommend this business due to their gross failure to complete the job is a quality, satisfactory manner without damaging our vehicle. The worst part, however, was the unprofessionalism and terrible customer service.
