I am switching to Kirkus Aire in January and sign a contract with them. He is only going to charge me 130 bucks for an air conditioner so that is better. I know them and they are very good. It is a small company. They are like a Mom and Pop type of thing. It is just Jeff Kirkus and his wife, and they are very nice people. They are very honest and do good job.
