Their employees are very knowledgeable. When you don't know what you're looking for or where it is or what would be the best thing to purchase, they really have good knowledge of what they sell. It's worth paying a little more to get the knowledge that you need.

I like ACE because they have a lot of people that can answer your questions and are knowledgable. We really get really good service, they are friendly, knowledgeable service and they have a lot of hardware. I think their prices are fair and I give then an A rating. A lot of big stores you go to if your a woman they will walk right past you but they don't do that at ACE.
