Jerry was a pleasure to work with, professional,knowledgeable,  decently priced, great crew of workers.  Very happy with how the property now looks.  Gives suggestions but does whatever you want done.  Highly recommend.

Jerry is terrific! I started out looking for someone to paint a new lanai that my mother recently had built (and actually I also needed him to fix a small area that I had started before realizing I was a terrible painter!) Well once he got to my mother's house we started showing him some other things that we needed done around the house and Jerry was able to do everything! He installed four new light fixtures and was very patient while we found the exact right ones that we wanted. He did an amazing job in the lanai and was able to fix some cracks along the inside wall so that they became non-existent. Next, he was able to replace the bathroom faucet which had been leaking and the kitchen faucet which was outdated. Then while he was there he noticed an area along my mother's roof and under the eves that looked damaged and where the wood was rotting. If he hadn't noticed it when he did the situation would have gotten much worse ( and much ore expensive to fix). He was able to come back and get up on the roof and access the damage and gave us a great estimate to fix and replace some wood under the eves before they rotted out completely. That work will be completed soon. I found Jerry to be honest and trustworthy and he is much more than a "painter", he's got a lot of knowledge and really is a great "everything including the kitchen sink" guy! I would not hesitate to hire him again!

He has a very pleasant demeanor, professional work ethic, he is reliable and is an all around great handyman.
