In a new used house the pool filter system failed on a Friday morning. I
called several pool service companies and the only one that could
respond in a timely manner was Jack's Pool Service. I knew of them
because they service my neighbor's pool.
The owner showed up himself,
assessed the situation,and replaced the filter system within an hour or
so. He showed up when he said he would, did the work, and was kind
enough to explain aspects of operating the system that I was not
familiar with.
He put up with all my questions as well.
