It was a very good experience. The owner is the operator and is a great guy - everyone in the shop was great. I don't think they do major engine work but I could be wrong. I had to leave the truck overnight on my first visit and they gave me a loaner until my truck was done ( 1 1/2 days). I made two more visits and they fixed the problems within a few hours so I waited at the shop (they have WiFi and a TV). They're very honest, personable, and professional. I thought they were just an AC shop but they fixed everything.

Took car in twice with above repairs. Car a/c worked for a while, but would not stay cold. Last time it went out 8/27/2014, I called and talked to Gene. I was very frustrated and Gene was very professional. He said bring it in, offered to drive me home, and then spent a lot of time replacing the evaporator, which is placed behind the dashboard, and very hard to get to. Been 10 days and car air conditioning is working GREAT. Thank you Gene and Chris for making this right. I highly recommend you guys.

Work was done in timely fashion. However, tried to cross sell brake fluid change. Sold idler pulley change. Pulley part was very expensive.
