HomeSpec offers commercial, home, condo, manufactured home and mobile home inspections as well as RADON TESTING, WATER WELL TESTING and MOLD testing. Additionally we provide free WDO inspections services in most areas. Schedule 24hrs a day from out website and contact us directly to schedule. Our phones answered by in house staff during business hours so there is always someone to ask questions to and get answers. HomeSpec is veteran owned and family run. Todd Miller, the owner, is a Certified Master Inspector with over 4000 inspections to date and Charles Miller, his son, is a senior inspector with over 2500 inspections conducted.

MR. MILLER'S YEARS OF EXPERIENCE SHOWN THROUGH.  HIS INSPECTION WAS DELIBERATE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND I LEARNED ALOT. MR. MILLER IS WORTH EVERY DOLLAR!

Todd was very through, professional and on time to perform the inspection and we received the report the next day. Since we are out of state we were able to pay via credit card which allowed for quick turn around with information. We would use his services again if needed in this area.
