They do good work.

very well. They performed all work as promised and finished the job in the timeline given. They also kept us informed as the work progressed and sent photos as we were out of town when work was being done.

Disorganized, very sloppy, unresponsive, dishonest. I had a septic system backup in a large area. They took weeks to get the cleaning done and dragged all the filth covered mess through the kitchen and living room. They piled all my things from the bedroom in the middle of my kichen and living room, making the whole house a mess, for months. They threatened that if I tried to use a different contractor I would never get any insurance money. So when I switched contractors after a few months of waiting for them to start construction, they lied to the insurance adjustor saying none of my household goods were damaged.

It was excellent. They were efficiant and on time and very helpful in installing carpet.

The installation was done in two parts. First a tile floor was installed over the original tile floor in the master bath shower. The drain was replaced. Then the kitchen and bath floors were replaced with vinyl flooring. Happy Home also assisted in getting a plumber to install new toilets in the bathrooms. The quality of workmanship was very good. We are pleased with the results and would recommend Happy Home Services.

I have used the company several times. They do great work. They cleaned about 5 rooms of carpet for my very large home. Two technicians came out and completed the job in about an hour and a half. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. I had a bad ink stain. They did a pretty good job getting the stain out and did not charge any extra for that. They even showed me how they cleaned my sofa after another company did a terrible job cleaning it. Their pricing is a little higher, but the quality of service is well worth it. I have never had a problem scheduling a service with the company.

We use them regularly. We had a problem with one of their subcontractors but that was several years ago. Their price is a little bit higher than most.

,They scrubbed all the stained areas. We moved the big pieces. The moved everything else and put things back in their place. We have a large bedroom, so that was considered 2 rooms and we had the sunporch done also. We had just had 2 months of construction and the place was a mess. They did a wonderful job and the carpets look like new. The carpets are dry, less then 24 hours. Nice job.

first class operation from start to finish,VERY HAPPY

We purchased a forclosure home and wanted it cleaned thoroughly prior to move in, there were also some minor repairs we asked them to help us with. First we mentioned we may need a new hot water heater, happy home went and purchased a hot water heater without asking us and installed it. They then refused to take it back saying they already installed it. At no point did we tell them to purchase the hot water heater. It was not a very good one and was more expensive than the one we bought at lowe's which we had to return since they had already installed one. Additionally the guest bathroom Fawcett needed to be replaced. The man from happy home went to home depot and bought a Fawcett to install, he did not ask us what kind of Fawcett we wanted. Luckily, I happened to come to the home and caught him before he installed it and made him take it back so I could pick out what I wanted. he was very argumentative about this as well.
As far as the cleaning job they did, it was very good and reasonably priced, but I would NEVER use them again based on the above, they were rude about the whole thing and refused to make it right. To this day, I am very unhappy with our hot water heater, we only have 2 people living in the house and can't even take two showers and one l load of laundry without hot water going out.

They did an excellent job. They were so good, we are going to have them back to do the inside.

In the process of renovations and getting regular feedback on project from this contractor. We are from Canada and will not see the results of the work till the fall. Will report upon completion.

We were somewhat satisfied with them. They were very friendly and they tried to be accommodating.

We bought our home in February of 2011. The home had not been lived in for some time, and we purchased it short sale. After the owners cleared the house, we were able to really look at the condition. Our real estate agent suggested that we contact Happy Home Services to talk about cleaning and paint. The home needed so much more. Happy Homes owner George Hishma, wife Hannan, and staff were amazing. Our home was built over 20 years ago, the last owners did some improvements, many done by the owner who was not a contractor. So there were problems. Happy Homes found mildew in the walls under our large windows and caught it before any major damage. We were anxious to move into our home but waited until all the projects were complete. They completely removed the existing tile which covered a very large are of the house, installed new tile, complete cleaning of air ducts, new exterior and interior paint, new carpet in bedrooms, wood flooring in two other rooms. We still have some more projects to do, our driveway and patio area paint and sealing, and the kitchen will be the next major project. Happy Homes will be at the helm with these future projects. The owners and staff are professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

They were reliable and did a good job of cleaning. This company explained everything to us. They are a little expensive but the quality is good.

They did a great job! I was very pleased. Their price seemed fair and the experience was excellent overall.

We had a hard time chosing the right product and color. But the Owners of the compnay were very patient and helpful, Thank you all for your expert advise and assistance.

They did good with the installation. When we had to call them to get carpet replaced. When trying to get an estimate from them, they kept changing the prices on us. They forgot to include the price for the stairs, and it almost doubled the estimate. We have decided to try to salvage the carpet instead, and if we can, we will not use them.

Overall, from start to finish George Hishmeh and staff were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Prompt, courteous, and very detail oriented. Highly recommend this company.

Absolutely wonderful. The owner of the company personally came to my home and helped to keep me calm in a very stressful situation. He understood that I was very concerned with mold and mildew and he definitely assured me that there would be none when they were finished and he showed me all the results of the testing so that I would know that had a successfully removed and prevented any further mold growth.
