He was superb. He was here a lot longer because he ran into some problems. I had an older short tank and the new ones were taller so we had to change the pipings. He charged me for two hours of work but he was here for four hours so that was pretty nice. He was polite and friendly and not all fearsome for a woman who lives alone. He needed a few items and he had to run to home depot a couple of times because it did not turn out to be the job that he expected it to be but that certainly took some of his time too. But it all worked out fine. He was even good looking. He came highly recommended by someone else too. He is well trained and he is professional.
