They were very prompt and called us telling us they were on the way. They got to pumping the tank and then told my husband what our problem was about not having a filter and the leach field being blocked due to solids getting in the field. They had tested the leach field and the water wouldn't go down as it should. They explained everything to my husband and then we told him what had happened previously. Apparently filters have been required since 1999 and if the water was down and the inspector had said he would have been able to see that there was no filter . He also told us that the drain field was not inspected or it would have had to have been on the inspection report. It wasn't. We were informed by Gibson's that we would probably need a new drain field to the tune of somewhere between $7000-$10000.
They were very helpful and informative and did things in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this business and will probably used them to fix the problem, unless we get some recourse from the people that did the inspection.
