Service responded the following morning after I called. Service man, Dennis, made the repairs while keeping me informed as to the issue and work performed. Very efficient.
Dennis took the time to show me how to read my water meter (as we are new to Florida).
Yes. Once the toilet was repaired, our water bill decreased substantially.

Was recommended by countertops company. I called secretary to set up appointment but she didn't return call until 3 (business) days. I informed the installer of this, who is also throw owner, and he was quite upset and said he will address the issue. Plumber was very neat and friedly. He even took off his shoes before comicoming in. Did a good job and wanted me to inspect his work before leaving. He rate is $89 an hour.
